Support Services

Client service is often considered a dying art. For our part, we're working hard to revive it. The breadth of our services is designed to provide you with all the support you need to ensure your system operates to its maximum potential, day in and day out.


Hosting and server monitoring

Ad Giants will host and administer you system in
our fault-tolerant failover facility with 24/7 monitoring, disaster recovery, and extensive reporting. This service ensures maximum uptime for you.


Asset management

If you'd like, we can gather, load and maintain all marketing assets within your system. Ad Giants
will load the initial assets so you can begin using the system with a significant pre-installed database. Then, depending on the level of service you choose, we can continue to load, maintain, and archive all new and updated assets to keep your system fully current.

System backup

Regular backups are critical to ensuring the integrity
and reliability of your data. If your organization prefers,
Ad Giants can perform regularly scheduled backups with triggers based on multiple factors, including time, storage size, job completion, or any other criteria you request.


Training

The majority of our training can be accomplished through the use of our embedded tutorials that guide users through all system processes, step by step. In addition, Ad Giants can train your entire organization, in any size group, either on site in your offices or virtually, via pre-scheduled live web-casts.

Ad Giants knows first hand the value of maximizing uptime. We also fully understand the frustrations associated with prolonged downtimes.
